Undeniably, we live in a digital world. Even still, printed, paper documents are at times still necessary. These would include invoices, packing slips and other documents. All paper files are securely house in our facility where through which 4 locks need to be opened just to get to them. Needless to say, we’re confident your information will not get out.
Finally, all data is backed up on an internal server with extremely limited and firewalled internet access of which only two company employees have access to. Protected by the latest anti-virus software with regular, daily backups this server is stored away in a secure on-site location.
